Dr Amanda Potter
Lead Consultant, Talent & Development

Amanda is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 17 years experience. Amanda has international experience working at board level with blue chip clients. She has been involved with talent system design and implementation since 1993 and takes an innovative approach to assessment, development and succession planning. Her project work has focused on the following areas: talent identification and assessment, succession planning, performance management, executive coaching, development planning and talent process validation.

Amanda is an Associate Fellow of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is both a Chartered Scientist and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Jim Bloomfield,

Jim is a selection and management development professional with international experience working across a range of industry sectors and job levels up to and including Chief Executive. His projects span the design and delivery of objective selection processes, facilitation of assessment and development centres, one-to-one feedback sessions and career development interventions. Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2005, Jim worked in consultancy roles for market-leading psychometric test publisher SHL (UK) Ltd, and later, TMP Worldwide, the UK’s largest recruitment advertising agency.

Julie Lee
Lead Consultant, Talent & Assessment

Julie is an occupational psychologist with a 20 years experience in banking, lecturing, training and consultancy. She has worked with a diverse range of organisations in the retail, financial, government, charity, education and food service industries and her strengths lie in understanding the fit between individuals and organisations and appreciating how this fit can be achieved in the prevailing climate. She has a very energetic and positive style and is adept at taking on board the needs of the client.

She specialises in selection, assessment and development and is particularly interested in Emotional Intelligence and has been involved in the development, validation and implementation of an ‘EQ’ scale. William Shearer
Lead Consultant, Personnel & HR

William is an experienced human resources professional, with extensive international experience in Fortune 500 companies at senior level. He has operated at divisional and corporate level, most recently as Divisional HR Vice President for a global energy services company.

William started his career as a lawyer in the US and re-qualified as a solicitor in England, where he was an employment lawyer before making a mid-career switch to human resources. Having lived in France, the US, Iceland and Saudi Arabia as well as the UK, he has travelled extensively and is a natural and effective communicator at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Christopher King
